Angela Christine Watson is an American model and actress. Her most well-known role was as Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson holds a National Board Certified Teaching Certificate and Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Her teaching experience of 11 years includes over ten years as a coach. Angela founded this website when she was a student teacher at the time in 2003. She was looking to offer practical tips in the classroom and inspire teachers to have an optimistic attitude to help them have fun in their job. The original name was Ms. Powell's Teaching Management Tips until 2008 when the site became The Cornerstone for Teachers. The change came after she had published her first piece of work. Angela Powell's professional development in productivity is now being used at over 45,000 public schools in the USA via her 40-Hour Workweek initiative. It was originally designed for teachers before being expanded to instructors coaches, as well as administrators, 40 Hour is helping educators to focus on their individual education and contract time.
